SOME PEOPLE WENT TO BEG GOD TO STOP MY U.S. ELECTION PROPHECY FROM COMING TO PASS – TB JOSHUA

Coming on the results of the just concluded United States Presidential Election which were announced on Monday, Nov 7, declaring Donald Trump as the winner, negative reactions has trailed Prophet TB Joshua over his prophecy were he stated that ‘a woman will win the US Presidential election’.

In a rather uncharacteristic reversal, the renowned Prophet today stated that the outcome of the election was a manifestation of the efficacy of prayers.
Prophet TB Joshua insisted that people who are conversant with the accuracy of his prophecies went into fervent prayers and begged God to reverse the prophecy to favor trump.
Further citing biblical reference where prayer altered a prophecy, Joshua likened Trump shock victory to the prophecy of Jonah to the people of Nineveh which said that God would destroy Nineveh within 40 days; but was eventually averted because the inhabitants of the city offered fervent prayers to God.
An email was read out to the congregation during the service where the author commended TB Joshua saying:
“Your word came and challenged us to pray.
“Thousands of people that heard my prophecy prayed to God, they fasted and prayed that God should change the prophecy.
That a prophecy is disclosed and it did not come to pass does not mean that it is not authentic.”
It was like the prophecy of Jonah when God told him that he would destroy the people of Nineveh. Thank you prophet, your word saved America, it was a warning, like the prophecy of Jonah when the people prayed, and God changed His mind.
Prophet, God hears your prayer. We prayed and fasted.”
Confirming the power of prayer in prophetic utterances, Joshua said,
“They know my antecedent that what I say always come to pass
As a result, they went to God in prayer. This is the power of prayer; it is not a crime to tell you. If you have doubt, look at the track record of the person that is talking. I said that the boat will be rocked, and there will be challenges. What else do you need? Let’s believe in the power of prayer.
He added: “We have seen the outcome of the election in America. You will notice that it is all about the popular vote, the vote of the majority of Americans. In this case, we need the spirit of a prophet to recognize or to know a prophet.
Our levels are different. We are not on the same level. We might have great cathedrals, huge bells and all kinds of activities that are good by human standards; but human point of view is limited.

Kanye West reveals he would have voted for Donald Trump

Kanye West said he would have voted for Donald Trump had he voted in this year’s presidential election. The rapper went on a Trump-supporting rant during his concert in San Jose, Calif. on Thursday night (Nov. 17, 2016) — and fans are definitely not happy about it. “I told y’all I didn’t vote, right?” West told concertgoers during his Saint Pablo stop. “But if I would’ve voted, I would’ve voted on Trump. After his announcement, some fans even started to throw things at him on stage. However, West continued into an extended monologue about politics. “There’s nonpolitical methods to speaking that I like, that I feel were very futuristic. And that style, and that method of communication, has proven that it can beat a politically correct way of communication. And I fuck with that,” he continued before admitting that he thinks Trump’s approach was “absolutely genius” because it “f–king worked.”

Veteran US Astronaut Sets Another Record in Orbit

U.S. astronaut Peggy Whitson, member of the main crew of the expedition to the International Space Station, speaks with her relatives prior the launch of Soyuz MS-3 space ship at the Russian-leased Baikonur cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, Nov. 17, 2016.

The International Space Station has gained three new residents, including the oldest and most experienced female astronaut ever to orbit the world.

A Russian Soyuz capsule carrying the fresh crew docked Saturday at the space station, 400 kilometers above Earth. The new arrivals at the orbital research laboratory — American astronaut Peggy Whitson, French astronaut Thomas Pesquet and Russian cosmonaut Oleg Novitskiy — joined the three men already on board, one American and two Russians.

The Soyuz-FG rocket booster with Soyuz MS-03 space ship carrying a new crew to the International Space Station blasts off at the Russian-leased Baikonur cosmodrome, Kazakhstan, Nov. 18, 2016.
Whitson, who will be the mission commander once her team settles in orbit, already holds the record for time spent in space by a woman — over 400 days during her various missions. Over the course of the next six months, she will celebrate her 57th birthday in the weightless conditions of Earth orbit, as she extends her time-in-space record every day.

Before their launch Thursday from Kazakhstan, Pesquet paid tribute to Whitson’s leadership and seniority, but said he was carrying with him a small piece of a meteorite from Mars that will become “the most experienced space traveler there is in the world.”

The French astronaut, making his first spaceflight, said his intention was to show that human and robotic explorers of outer space “are all working together.” He intends to bring the stone back to Earth next year and place it aboard a Mars rover for a return flight to its home planet.

Third space flight

Whitson, a biochemist by training, is making her third flight to the space station. Prior to this mission, no woman older than 55 had flown in space.

Novitskiy is making his second spaceflight.

The new crew’s arrival at the space station Saturday coincided with the 47th anniversary of mankind’s second landing on the moon — on November 19, 1969, by American astronauts Charles Conrad and Alan Bean.

The past few days have been busy with space-related activities.

Chinese astronauts Jing Haipeng (left, in blue) and Chen Dong, who landed safely aboard China’s Shenzhou 11 spacecraft’s re-entry capsule in the northern region of Inner Mongolia, arrive in Beijing, China, Nov. 18, 2016.
As Whitson and her crew were heading into orbit, two Chinese astronauts touched down safely in the grasslands of Inner Mongolia after a successful monthlong mission in orbit, demonstrating the progress China has made in its quest to establish a permanent space station.

Major General Jing Haipeng and Colonel Chen Dong spent 33 days in orbit, a new record for Chinese manned space missions. They lived aboard the Tiangong space lab, which is a prototype for a permanent orbital laboratory that China hopes to establish by 2020.

While in orbit, the Chinese astronauts tested new hardware for use in space, including a remotely operated robotic arm to transfer cargo, and also released a microsatellite to fly around the Tiangong lab, inspecting and photographing it.

The small device also is said to be equipped to divert any space debris on a collision course with the main spacecraft.

First satellite launch

Since the first satellite was launched from Earth into orbit — the Soviet Union’s Sputnik 1, in 1957 — space debris has been accumulating steadily. Some scientists estimate up to 100 million pieces of space junk are currently floating around Earth, posing an increasing threat to the safety of both manned and unmanned satellites high above.

About 27,000 pieces of orbital debris currently are being tracked by ground stations on Earth, according to Britain’s Royal Astronomical Society, which met Friday in London to discuss the growing problem. Many bits of debris are too small to track accurately, but they nevertheless pose a risk to any other objects they encounter.

“Tackling the problem of space debris is one of humankind’s greatest environmental challenges, but also perhaps the one that is the least known,” said Hugh Lewis, head of astronautics research at the University of Southampton in England.

“Every day we use and rely on services provided by satellites without ever realizing how vulnerable they are,” Lewis added.

Satellite launches

Meanwhile, the European space program launched four more Galileo satellites this week, moving a step closer to completing its own satellite-based navigation system, which will compete against the U.S. Global Positioning System, or GPS.

The four satellites — the most the European Union has sent aloft at one time — were carried into orbit Thursday by an Ariane rocket launched from a spaceport in French Guiana.

The upper stage and payload fairing containing the Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite-Series R (GOES-R) on a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket is shown at Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida, Nov. 18,
And as astronaut Whitson’s crew was maneuvering toward docking Saturday with the International Space Station, the U.S. space agency NASA was preparing to launch another rocket carrying a new weather satellite into orbit.

Also Saturday, a weather satellite called “America’s most advanced eye in the sky” was launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida.

The $1 billion satellite, part of an $11 billion effort to revolutionize forecasting, will be able to relay more frequent and higher-definition images of severe weather patterns, the U.S. space agency said.

The Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite-R Series (GOES-R) spacecraft launched Saturday is “really a quantum leap above any satellite NOAA has ever flown,” Stephen Volz, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s director of satellites, told The Associated Press.

Singer Dbanj dragged to court over N100m debt

Nigerian Afropop star, Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, popularly known by his stage name as D’Banj, has reportedly been sued by a company, Mindhub Technologies, over N100m unpaid debt.

Pulse is reporting that the singer purportedly signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with the technology company on October 19, 2012, for the promotion of a concert organized by his media house, D’Kings Men Media LTD.
The contract agreement had it that Dbanj would be personally liable for the payment of the money in the event that D’Kings Media fails to pay.
However, when Dkings Men media failed to pay back, the company called for the repayment from the ‘Kokomaster’ and he reportedly paid only $260, 000 and N8, 600, 000.
Dbanj had reportedly issued a Skye Bank cheque No. 10000039 on December 29, 2013, for the sum of $240,000 in the name of Henry Ojogho, Mindhub’s Vice Chairman.
Reports say the cheque was returned unpaid due to lack of funds in the Dbanj’s account.
D’banj issued another GT Bank cheque No.00000046 dated January 20, 2014, in the sum of N15, 000,000 in favour of Mindhub and it was also returned unpaid.
He reportedly left the outstanding sum of $240, 000 and N6, 400, 000.
Following the outstanding debt, the company has legally taken up the issue as they said all efforts made by them for him to pay, proved abortive.
As a result, the company reportedly filed a suit in 2015 against D’banj to recover the money.
The case, which would be due for hearing on December 9, is currently before Justice Oyebanjo of the High Court of Lagos State, Ikeja Division.

Miss Anambara lesbian video- Was confused Chidinma tells mother

The mother to former Miss Anambra, Chidinma Okeke, Lora Okeke, has alleged that her daughter was under a negative influence when she performed the sexual act contained in a video that has now gone viral.
Mrs Okeke quoted the former beauty queen as making the claim during an interview with New Telegraph.
According to Chidinma’s mother, “As a mother, watching the video broke my heart, but I have stopped crying and committed everything to the hands of God who always fight my battle.
“When I spoke with my daughter, I asked her what led her into such an unholy act despite the fact that I brought her up in a Godly way.
Okeke quoted her daughter as saying, “Mummy even if I did it, I didn’t know when it was done honestly, I’m surprised and confused. I don’t know what happened mummy”
On Chidinma’s participation in the pageantry, Okeke stated, “Chidimma came home to say she was going to take part in Miss Anambra Pageant and I discouraged her; I told her to use her beauty for God. She went back to school and returned later to say she has been selected among the final contestants.I can never support my child going to take part in any beauty pageant because we are a Christian family and don’t have liking for such things. Chidimma went into the pageant without our knowledge but she is a little girl and we cannot abandon her; she remains my little baby and the baby of the house. When she won, it was her sister that called to tell us. She is my last child and came seven years after my sixth child.
“Chidimma was simply a pawn in the hands of both the organizers of Miss Anambra and her former manager, hence things went awry when she decided to free herself from the bondage.
“The entire controversy affected my daughter because when I went to see her, she had emaciated so much and not looking after herself at all, when I asked her why her hair was so unkempt, she said, ‘Mummy leave that hair alone, that’s not my worry.
“My prayer is that they should not kill my daughter.”

Fela was impressed when I did bad things, wanted me to become an ‘area boy’ – Femi Kuti

Legendary afrobeat icon, Femi Anikulapo-Kuti, has disclosed that his father, the late Afrobeat pioneer, Fela Kuti, wanted him to become an ‘area boy’ and forfeit his education for music.
According to him, his father wanted him out of school to prove to people that one must not acquire formal education to be successful in life.
The ‘Day by day’ crooner told the Net: “My father didn’t want me to study music because I was more of an experimental guinea pig to prove a point that you do not need education to be successful and he wanted to use me to prove to his brothers that the education he got was not what made him.
“So I was like a guinea pig which I really vehemently protested against but when I became successful and I complained again, my father said ‘are you famous? Are you not successful? Oya shut up.’
“But I was still very angry because I’m more of a street boy. I may speak well, it’s because I read a lot of books and I’m very well informed but my father wanted me to be more like an area boy.
“Back then if I got back from school and said I got ZERO in Mathematics, he’ll say that’s very good.“I used to be among the bad boys in school that’ll jump the fence to go and watch Chinese movies at the cinema and if we get caught and my father hears about it, he’ll say ‘very good’.
My father wanted me to be the head of the ‘most baddest boys’ in school (laughs).
“If I did well in my science subjects, he was very unimpressed but if I did bad things, he’ll be like ‘that’s my boy’ because that’s what he wanted and in the long run you could say he proved and made his point because I became successful.’
“I didn’t get the education and my mum, his brothers were all so scared that I’ll be a complete failure. Nigeria wrote me off, you can’t imagine how bog my father was in those days and then his first son (me) had no school no education, smoking igbo, doing all the bad things everyone else was running from.
“I was totally written off. Back then If a girl introduces me to her parents they’ll be the end of the relationship, even my marriage broke up because of such stigmas of being Fela’s son.
“So if you look at it well, I’m not supposed to be successful, but those that know my history know the significance because I was a failure,” he added.

Arsenal will fail in this premier league- Gary Neville

Former Manchester United defender, Gary Neville, has said he does not believe Arsenal will win the Premier League title this season.
Neville was speaking after the Gunners drew 1-1 with United on Saturday at Old Trafford.
Arsene Wenger’s men needed a late Olivier Giroud header to snatch one point, after Juan Mata opened scoring in the second half.
Neville praised Arsenal for the 11-game unbeaten run, but says they have not shown the quality of champions, that will see them end their 12-year wait for the title. He told Sky Sports: “They are a resilient bunch as they always end up getting back towards that second and third spot come the end of the season.
“I didn’t get the impression today watching Arsenal that we were watching a team that would go on and win the Premier League.
“That is just how I feel in this moment. I watched them earlier in the season against Liverpool and I watched the game against Tottenham – I didn’t feel I was watching champions.”
